We want to make you feel like home where you can relax, have fun, and make a great meal with your friends and family. You can also use the picnic area in front of each villa for BBQ. * Please check-in at 3pm and check-out before 11am. We will charge for overtime. The 10% service fee is already included in the price above. We offer free Chinese buffet breakfast for each guest.
* We only accept reservation for the entire villa (4 bedrooms/5 bedrooms) on weekends (Saturdays) and holiday seasons. Individual rooms reservations are available during the weekdays (Sunday-Monday).
* You are welcome to use our online booking system to get a 10% off discount.
* After the deposit has been remitted, please inform us by phone or E-mail to complete the reservation.

Booking Notice
＊ To maintain your living quality, each villa is appropriate for 10 people. We charge an additional 500 NTD for each additional person.
＊ Each villa is allowed to have 4 additional people. If you don't inform us of the correct number of guests, RBV has the right to refuse your check-in.
＊ We don't offer an additional bed in the room. Pillows and quilts are available for leasing.
＊ No pets allowed .
＊ Room Cancelation Policy
★ If you cancel your reservation 1 day before your check-in day, we will keep 100% of your deposit.
★ If you cancel your reservation 2-3 days before your check-in day, we will keep 70% of your deposit.
★ If you cancel your reservation 4-9 days before your check-in day, we will keep 50% of your deposit.
★ If you cancel your reservation 10-13 days before your check-in day, we will keep 30% of your deposit.
★ If you cancel your reservation 14 days ahead ( including the 14th day) before your check-in day, we will return 100% of your deposit.
If you are not able to check in due to force majeure, please inform us before 10 am on your check-in day. We will delay your check-in day, or we will keep your deposit.
